1. Lead Generation Services

Virgin Leadz provides lead generation services for contractors in various home improvement categories. Our revenue share model means contractors pay a percentage of closed deals rather than upfront costs for leads.

2. Contractor Obligations

Contractors who use our services agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their business and services
• Respond to leads in a timely manner
• Report closed deals accurately and promptly
• Maintain professional conduct with all leads provided
• Pay the agreed-upon revenue share for closed deals

3. Lead Quality and Guarantees

While we strive to provide high-quality, pre-qualified leads, we cannot guarantee that every lead will result in a closed deal. Our verification process is designed to maximize lead quality, but ultimate conversion depends on multiple factors including contractor performance.

4. Payment Terms

Contractors agree to pay the specified percentage of revenue from closed deals generated through our leads. Payment terms are specified in individual contractor agreements. Failure to report closed deals or make required payments may result in termination of services.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, contractors remain obligated to pay revenue share on any leads that close within 90 days of termination.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Virgin Leadz and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Virgin Leadz, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
